What a month of consistency and alcohol in moderation looks like 😂 Sometimes we need a little more than moderation but only sometimes! I’ve still got my strength, still enjoying my food and still au natural 💪
Anyway just a friendly reminder that consistency is key 🔑 and take it easy on the sauce 🍺

I've had no desire to train all week, back to 4:30 am starts.
Motivation for the gym is non existent.
But I show up and put in the work.
Displine is key to building a good physique or gaining strength.
So many people skip the gym because the feel too tired or 'not in the form'
Dont let being in sh*tty form stop you from fulfilling your true potential.
Miss these sessions and I'll guarantee you'll not achieve the results you desire.
But yeah just saying. Its not all hi fives and big smiles. Dragging yourself to the gym is apart of the process too just so you know, unless you want to be average 😉😂
