๐The Spring/Summer countdown is on!
-This year more than the last couple I think it's safe to say that holidays, trips away will be on the rise all over!
-Maybe there is a big event that your gearing up for- Summer wedding, Holiday in the sun.
-Yes it's all good and well to look forward to these, but getting into a new change of lifestyle shouldn't be solely on one of these, or to look good for that summer holiday!
-It should be a change where you want to grow & build habits all year round. Both physically & mentally.
-Yes it's a bonus and a goal you can work towards if your heading away on holidays of course. We all look forward to a nice long break in the sun if we are lucky to get away.

๐๐ซBuild your way up to the Long term goal to keep it sustainable all year round.
๐๐ซNo magic pill, just Consistency, Time and showing up each day.
๐๐ซIt's not a habit change until you make the tiny small changes over time. If it's a 15-20 min effort your still showing up, add it all up over each week, month, it then becomes a habit change once you consistently strive to stick to the plan and put the work in.

-Stop taking every lift you make so seriously that it's the end of the world.
-It takes time, patients and whole lot of consistency to get it correct.
-You mite not get it right for a while. But at least your showing up and getting it done.
-It's like everything we do. Without repetition and doing it over and over again until you have mastered it, it won't just magically happen. Show up get after it!
-It's not just Deadlifts you should be repeatedly told to do. Just because some think it's the best exercise out there ๐๐
-Mix it up, have the program in place that is aligned with your goals and your body type.
๐Lift, learn and Grow.
๐Keep going, slow & steady wins the race!
๐No matter what ,time is what we have, use it to your advantage every dam day for yourself!!

-Are you happy with the way your goals are going in January? Have you made the significant progress that you challenged yourself?
-January may be a month where it takes time for many to get into that new structure and routine and to push yourself towards the new challenge you have decided to make.
-My advice for anyone who is on there fitness Journey and lifestyle change- Do not change yourself, your character for anyone. Ask yourself Why, the reason behind it. Life is going to throw it's struggles & obstacles at us all including myself.
-Take your Journey on the path you want and in order to grow and achieve these goals it comes down to 2 simple things
๐Consistency & How much you want it!
-Someone will always have something to say as to why your not doing what they think is the right thing to do just because it's their philosophy.
Bu****it.
-Achieve in silence and Focus in no other direction but the road ahead to that final goal.

A few things that take no rare talent to do, let's not complicate things.
-Walking.
-Strength Training.
-Eating vegetables.
-Sleeping for 8hours.
-Ignoring silly fitness s**t on Instagram.
-Consistency.
When Procrastination sets in. Think anticaption and remember why your doing it and how it will benefit you for the long term both Physically & Mentally.
