George the St Bernard did his first Strong Dog session at Böru this morning!

We are starting our own deicated Strongman/Strongwoman Club.

If getting stronger is part of your training goals, then this could be what you are looking for.

We want to help men and women develop a solid strength base while perfecting skills for strongman/strongwoman style events.

You don't have to be experienced to start and you don't have to compete. But you will be really for it if you decide too.

Strength Club is delivered weekly with 3 online group workouts and 1 specialised group training session.

If you would like to get really strong the right way, have fun learning events, and possibly dipping the toe into competition sometime, then get in touch!

Simulated Truck Pull!

As part of our road trip to for the Battle of Fermanagh, we tried a simulated truck pull! We were assured that it was much tougher than an actual truck pull. We hope they are right because it was savage!
