Unfortunately I'll not be able to run anymore babyswimming classes in foreseeable future in Newry or Kilkeel pool,as Newry pool will not allow me to rent the pool anymore ,which is very disappointing after having many enjoyable classes with you all!And as you probably heard Kilkeel pool will be closing for refurbishment for a very long time,so will miss you all,Corina

HI just a bit of info on Babieducklings swim school antenatal class.
you will be with other expecting mommies just like you, looking forward to meeting your new baby in a relaxing, physical class in pool. We will have laughter, and chat, and some people even make lifelong friends.

In class we will be doing ,controlled breathing exercises, floating, cardiovascular exercises, different swimming strokes and, kegel exercises, all to promote relaxation, strengthen your muscles, maintain fitness levels to help you with giving birth, swimming is one of the safest ways to exercise during pregnancy, as the water supports your joints, strengthening your back and abdominal muscles.
It has proven that antenatal classes will help you with an easier birth as it will give you more control over your pelvic muscles during labor, which is what we all want, right!

Babieducklings antenatal classes are expertly designed for all mixed abilities, so even if your not a swimmer, you can still take part as everything will be in shallow water.
