Are you a nursery or school looking to expand the opportunities you offer your children? 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

We’re opening up a limited number of spaces for nurseries and schools to have Mini Athletics classes delivered directly in their setting — with a special introductory rate available to the first settings to secure a space!

Our fun, structured sessions help children to:

🏃 Develop fundamental skills — running, jumping & throwing
💪 Improve balance, coordination and physical confidence
🤝 Build teamwork, turn-taking and listening skills
🧠 Develop concentration and the ability to follow instructions

🚨 EXCITING NEWS FOR NURSERIES & SCHOOLS! 🎉

We’re delighted to announce that Mini Athletics now has a full-time coach available to deliver fun, engaging and educational sessions in nurseries and primary schools across the area! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Our programmes do so much more than keep children active. Through exciting, age-appropriate athletics activities, we help children to:
✨ Develop fundamental movement skills
✨ Build confidence and self-esteem
✨ Improve listening and concentration
✨ Strengthen teamwork and communication
✨ Enhance coordination, balance and agility
✨ Foster a lifelong love of being active

Every session is carefully planned by experienced, trained coaches to support children’s physical development while complementing the Early Years and Primary curriculum in a fun and engaging way.

Whether you’re looking for weekly PE sessions, enrichment activities, sports days, or a special event, we’d love to work with your nursery or school.

With so many new followers joining our page recently, I thought it was the perfect time to say hello and reintroduce myself!

I’m Coach Sarah, the proud owner of Mini Athletics Newry, Armagh & Banbridge. 👋

By day, I’m a Primary School Teacher, and in the evenings and at weekends, you’ll find me doing what I love most—coaching our amazing little athletes!

I’m passionate about helping children build confidence, develop their fundamental movement skills and discover a love of being active through fun, engaging sessions. At Mini Athletics, every class is packed with running, jumping, throwing, games, imagination and lots of smiles!

One of my favourite parts of coaching is watching children grow in confidence each week. Seeing a child who was once a little shy leave class smiling, believing in themselves and excited to come back is what it’s all about. ❤️

Whether you’ve been with us from the very beginning or you’ve only just discovered our page, thank you so much for being here and supporting our little community. It really does mean the world.

What a fantastic week we’ve had! From running, jumping and throwing to exciting games, team challenges, arts and crafts, and making new friends, every day has been packed with smiles, laughter and happy memories. 🎨💛
