OFFICE SECRETARY:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team. The successful applicant will meet and greet customers, deal with telephone calls and enquiries in a professional manner.

Job Duties:

- Managing our busy office day-to-day
- General administration tasks
- VAT Returns, Monthly Reports, Banking, Credit Controls, PAYE, Multi-currency Transactions
- Secretarial duties
- Manage social media
- Interacting with customers and over counter sales in our shop

Qualifications/ Experience:

- Minimum 2 years administration experience
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent including English and Maths
- Fully proficient across the Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to use your own initiative and work effectively as part of a team

Other Requirements:

- Must have full clean driving licence

Other Information:

- On-site role
- Monday - Friday schedule
- Part-time, 24 hours per week
- Negotiable flexible working hours
- Opportunity for full-time hours for successful applicant

CHRISTMAS SALES ASSISTANT (TOYS, PART-TIME - TEMPORARY):

Job Duties:

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain the shop floor and merchandise stock.
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
- Manage point-of-sale processes.

Qualifications/ Experience:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus.
- 5 GCSE's or equivalent including English and Maths
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
