NECK PAIN ⚡️
Stress settles in the neck. Neck tension and headaches are thus unfortunately part of everyday life for many people, especially those who sit at a desk all day long.
A rough distinction is made between two forms of neck pain:
1. 𝐀𝐱𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 - occurs mainly in the area of the cervical spine, sometimes extending to the shoulders.
2. 𝐑𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 - radiates along nerve pathways, for example to the back of the head or up into an arm. This pain is usually caused by irritated nerves.
Neck pain can have many causes. These include:
▪️Weak neck muscles and overstraining
▪️Wear and tear of the cervical spine
▪️Whiplash injury
▪️Narrowing of the spinal canal or a disc prolapse

Hands up who does a food journal ?
Why I think it’s important to log into a food journal regularly , it will help to identify the foods you consume on a daily basic including all liquid. (Coffees, booze, cocktails , sugar drinks, flavoured iced coffees etc ) .
Your food journals are there to help you understand the calories you consume each day and push you towards making better choices with food.
This allows you to stay focused on your weight_loss journey as well as teaching you about nutrition and how to keep the weight off. When your Looking back on your weekly journals and getting your feed back from trainers / coaches this will allow you to step it up and change bad habits by cutting back on the amount of sugar and understanding more about healthy food choices, so you can make those changes you need to make for yourselves and your family.

With strength training you may experience inch loss and your weight may stay the same but seriously NO NEED TO PANIC. !!
Stay on course keep doing what your doing because it’s working . 💪🏼
My advise is to stay clear of the scales dont let the number your seeing define you and your progress. 😘

Focus on the feel good , feel confident factor .
Focus on the fitter you, not feeling exhausted going up n down stairs. Focus on the feeling you get when your able to run after your kids.
When ur clothes fit well and your skin in glowing. Focus on your well being and your mental health .
There is so much more to focus on than the number on the scales. Stay focused and stay on track. 💪🏼😊
