We are so excited to be scheduling another weekend retreat away due to the success of last years event.

Come and experience a enjoyable weekend retreat at the tranquil location of Ards friary in Donegal with Lorraine Rooney, Wellbeing NI and Jenny McParland, Hot Yoga Newry

This beautiful location is a perfect opportunity to share the peace and tranquillity the Friars do everyday. The surroundings are simply breath taking with sandy beaches, stunning shoreline and panoramic views, this alone is worth the visit.

We are most grateful to be able to deliver a Mindfulness, Meditation, Pranayama breathwork, Yoga retreat, raising our energy, our vibration, while sharing and respecting the Friars residence and facilities. No experience required for any of the activities.

Being able to step out of everyday living, commitments and drop into our inner peace, through mindful lessons , yoga, yin yoga, breathwork and meditations and with dedicated time to be with yourself.

Come for the company, the solitude, to relax and reset, to re-evaluate, whatever you need you'll experience on this weekend.

The weekend will begin Friday 13th October 6pm with Dinner and end Sunday 15th October 1pm with Lunch.

Price includes full board, 2 nights accommodation and all sessions.

Accommodation are private Single rooms with shared toilets & bathrooms.

£275 per person all inclusive

All meals are vegetarian, please let us know of any extra dietary requirements
