Week 3...
21 days into this.
Christmas didn't make me put on weight
The 6 weeks between did that and my Enate inability to say no to sweet treats.

Yes I was taking classes but your all not stupid enough to think you can train and eat what you like if weight/fat loss is your goal. Do I really need to post up a pic of what exercise you need to do to burn of certain foods 🍕🍕

Changing How I Eat and Back Training.
It's by no means perfect but the Healthy Habits are back. I'm making better choices.. ok so Saturday nights 6 pints, 15 chicken wings 😌😌 and half a 380g galaxy wasn't my finest hour😋 or the only blip of the week.

But I pulled up my big girl pants and got stuck in again next day.

Biggest lesson guys is when you fall, get up and don't lay there feeling sorry for yourself or whining I'm fat/unfit poor me.
You wake up everyday with choices..
The ones you make determine your day, life and year..

Total weight loss 6.5 lbs so far
Bye bye fat back 🙋🙋

So as promised results are in.😋

REMEMBER This is NOT some FAD Diet

This is Me🙋 being Honest and Tracking My Journey For Myself Over the Next 10 weeks – if some of what I write resonates with you, great,
if not, enjoy following my progress.
As it is progress,
I will look forward because this is the only direction to go.

I took the bull 🐂by the horns, followed my own advice and my own healthy eating plan and I'm delighted with the results.
I'm already feeling more energised and less fluffy around the edges both physically and mentally.
And more focused 💆and sleeping better too😴 x
A little more weight loss than I expected😱 but I'm going to keep with my caloric allowance again this week.
This number was not derived from the sky☁ or some generic number the government sets for everyone – as there is no one size fits all, believe me, I know.
It was calculated based on my own personal details including my age, weight, height, level of activity etc. plus few other factors.

It can be tweaked and changed to suit ME, e.g. If I see I'm losing more⬆ than 1lb a week then I’ll be hiking this allowance up or if I find I do a little more exercise, then again I will increase the allowance – food is fuel after all.
I'm not looking for huge weight loss I'm looking fat loss and this is a slow process.

You don't want to lose more than 1-2 lbs per week.

Losing more than two pounds in a week usually means that you are losing water weight and lean muscle mass instead of losing excess fat, and you will most likely gain it back.

I’ve work too dam hard building my muscle, so there is no chance that i am going to do something to lose it. So I will be keeping it real.

Over the holidays (there are many holidays throughout the year, so be aware) sorry month of December, I like 100% of you guys ate, drank and was merry, plus let some old habits return such as processed food.
These foods are often packed with sodium, your kidneys will excrete any sodium in the urine if it is not needed. However, if there is too much sodium for your kidneys too excrete, the sodium starts to accumulate in your blood, causing you to hold water. When you replace the processed foods with natural, unprocessed foods and increase your water intake, your kidneys can begin to flush out the excess sodium and water weight that accompanies it, resulting in a sudden loss of water weight.
Which will be some of the 5.2lbs this week, which can be confusing and disappointing if this doesn’t happen every week even if your knocking your pan in at the gym, classes, etc.

Par of the 5.2lbs was hopefully some of that fat back I spotted in my before pics last week (saving them until I have an after 😵😵 pic to compare with eekkkk )– lol

This week I got stuck back into my classes and got you guys back on track with your exercise.
It’s even tough for me getting back at it - a few Pump classes and HIIT session on Wednesday that nearly killed me. Plus, went for a walk with the wee man yesterday and with friends for coffee on Sunday. So nothing major – still living my life.

I ate 3 NORMAL MEALS (will be posting some foodie stuff)
I had snacks
I ate in Murphy's Deli 3 days in a row… one evening as worked late too (depends what you choose – it’s all about the choices)
I went out for lunch on Saturday.
And out in coffee shop I think only twice 😮 (even shifting from latte or flat white to an Americano can start to make a difference, trust me I know )

So I call BU****IT if you give me an excuse for not sorting your s**t out…..

EXCUSES OR RESULTS

A DIET with fewer than 1,200 calories is likely to leave you with a nutrition deficit and the body and mind craving. You'll also lose a notable amount of muscle mass as your body turns to it for energy. Feelings of fatigue, irritability and weakness may also be the side effects of such a low-calorie diet – HANGRY and more likely to grab whatever.

So if you’ve jumped on this wagon, ‘lose a stone in 2 week’ and learn to fly a plane at the same time bulls**t diets . Good luck to you on that one…

I’ve tried them all – lost the weight then weight went back on with bells & whistles and I never even learned to fly that plane. 😎😎

ME….I’M JUST KEEPING IT REAL
As always xx
