Another strong performance with the DKM crew last night. We drilled close protection knife defence skills, concentrating on isolating the weapon and side control principles. Proud of the team’s hard work and dedication to continually improving their skills. Rest easy, have a great weekend.

The DKM crew demonstrated exceptional energy and effort this week. High-energy striking drills are a standard component of our classes. This week we have also been concentrating on break-falls and judo throws that are incorporated into our Krav Maga syllabus. Well done to everyone. Have a restful weekend.

Great work from the DKM crew this week, drilling our striking and sparring skills. We’re also looked at some groundwork this week developing our tactical break-falls and rolling break-falls. As well as defending against headlocks that go to ground.

Superb effort from the Tuesday night DKM crew. This month we are focussing on the defence against impact weapons and the use of improvised impact weapons for self-defence. Finishing off with a cheeky aggression drill. 👍👊🥊

Great effort from the DKM crew last night. We’re focusing on close quarter defences to knife attacks this month. A desperate situation that we all hope to never have to face. It’s so important to prepare for these situations as unlikely as they might be. Just as important is to pressure test them to see how they work.
