As we are a few days into 2024, gyms will be filling up with people new to that environment, new years resolutions of losing weight, gaining muscle or getting fitter via cardiovascular activity.

A workout anyone can do in the comfort of their own home. All that's needed is a kettlebell and some motivation.

This workout is a kettlebell AMRAP workout.
AMRAP means As Many Reps/Rounds As Possible. It gives you the motivation to push as hard as possible in the given time frame.

Whether it's weight loss or getting fitter, it's a workout that's worth trying.

The biggest mistake I see in the gym is bad form. Which is when you do an exercise but are not getting the maximum benefit from said exercise. It takes one small tweak to go from small benefits to maximum benefits.

Below is a video of myself doing a Lat Pulldown. As you can see, I bring the bar down in a controlled manner to the top of my chest, squeezing my shoulder blades together for maximum contraction, then raising the bar back to the start while keeping a slight bend in my elbows.
