Say hello to Ted ποΈ
Ted hallποΈ
13 years old and already chasing podiums on the track.
Ted didnβt come to me to look a certain way. He came because he wanted to be a better driver. Stronger through the corners, more endurance in the closing laps, and a body that could handle everything go-kart racing throws at it.
People forget how physical this sport actually is. Neck strength, core control, grip, cardio that holds up when the pressureβs on and the laps are counting down. Tedβs put the work into all of it, and it shows.
He turns up. He listens. He grafts. And heβs got fitter, faster and stronger every single session.
Coaching someone this young with this much drive is a proper privilege. Watching him take what we build in the gym and put it straight into his racing is exactly why I love doing this.
Keep going Ted. The best is still ahead of you. π

This is Charlotte. And honestly, she makes my job look easy.
Charlotte is what happens when someone genuinely makes this a lifestyle instead of a quick fix. She tracks, she shows up, she stays consistent, and she never uses life as an excuse to fall off. And trust me, this woman has a LOT of life going on. Silverstone, holidays, races, weddings, concertsβ¦ thereβs always something in the diary. But because sheβs built the right habits, none of it derails her. It all just fits.
Thatβs the bit most people get wrong. They think consistency means being perfect and never having a weekend out or a holiday. Charlotte proves the opposite. You can still go and live your life, you just learn how to balance it. And when youβve got that nailed, results like this arenβt a fluke, theyβre inevitable.
Look at the difference. Leaner, stronger, more confident, and that smile in the after photo tells you everything. π₯
She always says to me βthis is just a lifestyle now,β and thatβs exactly why it works. No crash diets, no starting again every Monday, just showing up no matter what.
Charlotte, Iβm unbelievably proud of you. You tick every box and youβve earned every bit of this.
If you keep telling yourself βIβll start once I get this out the wayβ¦β youβre more than likely to never start at all.
If you want to finally make this a lifestyle that actually lasts, this is your sign. Drop me a message and letβs get you started.

This is Beth. 9 months in vs 9 months out.
People love to tell m**s that looking after themselves is selfish. That every spare hour should go to the kids, the house, everyone else. I think thatβs backwards.
The strongest thing Beth has done isnβt the flex in the photo. Itβs showing her little one what it looks like when their mam decides she matters too.
Kids donβt do what you tell them. They do what they watch you do.
And this one is watching a mam who shows up for herself, lifts heavy, eats properly and doesnβt apologise for it.
Thatβs not vanity. Thatβs the example. Thatβs the standard they grow up thinking is normal.
You donβt need to βbounce backβ. You donβt need hours you donβt have. You need a plan that fits around real life, the school runs, the chaos, the no sleep, all of it. Thatβs exactly what I build.
If youβre a mam or a parent who keeps putting yourself last and youβre ready to change that, drop me a message. Letβs get you feeling like you again. πͺ

With it being Fatherβs Day, I thought this was the perfect time to post thisβ¦
This message came through yesterday, and it might be one of the proudest things Iβve read since I started coaching.
It wasnβt from my client. It was from her partner. The father of their kids.
Heβs never trained with me. He just wanted me to know what has changed at home since his other half started her journey. More energy. More confidence. Better food on the table. Their girls watching their mam choose herself.
Thatβs the bit people miss about coaching. It doesnβt stop with you. It changes the whole house.
Iβm not sharing it to show off. Iβm sharing it because this is exactly why I do what I do.
So this Fatherβs Day, hereβs a thought. If your partner has spent years putting everyone else first, maybe itβs their turn now. And if that person is you, this is your sign to start.
DM me the word START.
Happy Fatherβs Day to all the dads, especially the ones cheering their other half on.

Every week is BUSY.
Super grateful to all my clients for making me as busy as I am. I legit work 24/7 but I love every second.
One thing I always make time for though is my own training. Whether thatβs 30 mins or a full hour, I know how good it makes me feel. The energy it gives me. How much I need it. The way it makes me look is just a bonus, what it does for me mentally matters way more.
So if you think youβre too busy, trust me, I know exactly how you feel. Thatβs why I make this simple. Thatβs why I build everything around YOUR lifestyle, not some generic plan that ignores the fact youβve got a real life to live.
My online coaching is for you.
If youβve been telling yourself youβll start when things calm downβ¦ they wonβt. Letβs start now.
Next weekβs to-do list: clean mirrors β

These are all legit word for word messages Iβve received from just some of my online clients THIS WEEK alone.
I donβt need to say anything more.
The longer you wait the longer you delay having the body, and being the person you want to be.
Stop putting it off.
Message me. I want to help!

Half way through the year.
6 months from now are you gonna wish you just stuck at it?
Or be thankful you did?
The time is gonna pass anyway.

Everyone thinks eating less means being hungry all day.
It doesnβt.
This is exactly what Iβve eaten every day this week to lose fat and keep my muscle on.
It might be basic but it works for me around my busy schedule, and Iβve been full the whole time.
You can train as hard as you want, but if your food isnβt on point youβll struggle to see real changes.
This is a low amount of calories for me and it reallyyyy doesnβt feel a struggle at all. I make sure my plan makes room for the foods I love.
I can do the exact same for you. It doesnβt have to be hard.
Struggling with your own food? Message me βFOODβ and Iβll sort it based round the foods you love.
**each individual is different. Because Iβm on 1800 calories right now that does not mean you need to be**

Adding size without the fat.
When Lee signed up with me his exact words were:
πππππ:
βGain muscle/put size on (particularly to widen out across the shoulders and back). Increase strength. The ultimate goal for me is a bigger build, because Iβve generally got a slim build and with my height I just always feel as though I look quite slender. Iβm not too fussed about being absolutely jacked and shredded but to put some size on and being able to tell I go to the gym/train is the kind of physique I wish to maintain.β
πππππππ πππππππππ:
βMotivation and discipline has been the biggest factor that has impacted my training over the last few weeks specifically, between full time work, maintaining our home and running our business life can be sometimes stressful which often deters me. Another big factor I struggle with is diet - when I was in the peak of my training I was hitting 3500-4000 calories but would often find this hard to keep consistent (especially over weekends as Iβd find myself relaxing and forgetting to eat). Some of the foods I was eating just for the sake of calories I would find quite sickly or difficult to stomach but would force them down anyways.β
Lee was also was born with a condition called Poland Syndrome which means heβs missing his left pectoral muscle, so often found training chest to be the hardest.
Now, heβs added size, added muscle, and benches heavyyy with ease.
The best part is this is another client where we have made this into a lifestyle.
Easy, enjoyable, and set for life.
Proud of you mate π€π½π€π½
