Sorry I can't be there tonight due to illnesses in the family.

Unfortunately i will not be able to attend class as I have been in tree tops all night with Caleb and he is very poorly.

However sensei mark will be there. But please bare it in mind that he gets there later than me so will need help to put the mats out.
