Entries are now OPEN for the Senior Restricted which is being held at Thornaby Pavilion on Sunday 4th October! 🏸

🏸🏆🏸 A fantastic evening at ABC tonight for our annual summer tournament seeing the end of the badminton year out with some competitive battles. 🏸🏆🏸

28 players from our no strings and club night came together for some thoroughly enjoyable games and friendly competition. For many players it was their first taste of competition badminton and also a great chance to meet other players from Aycliffe Badminton Club.

The final saw Simon and Owain (runners up in 2024 and 2025 respectively) take on Andrew C and Ben R. A great best of three match was played out and eventually ended with Simon and Owain taking the trophy.🏆

Massive thanks must go to committee members Claire and Andy Mc who helped organise the games and scoresheets on the evening.

Hope to see everyone back down for our normal sessions next Friday with the new season just around the corner.

**Club Night and No Strings sessions Cancelled 21/8/26 **

Our Summer tournament will take place on Friday 21st August between 6.00pm-9.30pm. As a result, normal sessions will be cancelled and only those players involved in the tournament will be able to play. Please can all those who have entered and made payment ensure they arrive in good time to warm up as we will be drawing the first games promptly.
