This week’s exercise of the week is…. 🥁

THE STAIRMASTER! 🙌🏻

This machine is used mostly to build your cardiovascular fitness, with an emphasis being placed on your lower body muscles 🍑

You could do this as a warm up or cool down, part of your leg day workout, or just to practice being less out of breath when you go up and down the stairs at home 🤩

Beginners - we recommend you always keep a light hold of the safety railings and only try any variations shown when if you feel confident enough to do so 😎

Last week, we celebrated in our leisure facilities across the region 💪🏻

We offered free classes, gym sessions, inductions and swimming sessions to encourage everyone to take that first step to a more active lifestyle 😁

We are encouraging as many of you as possible to take part in some form of exercise on this day, and to help with this we are offering a range of free swimming sessions, classes, gym sessions and gym inductions 🤩
