Our Wee Warriors class on Friday night! 5 of whom are now going to move up to our Warriors class. Just how the circle of life happens (cheese lol)... Another era shifting in!

Well done to Jack Daley who competed in the Inter-provincial team event today in Galway! Coming away with a silver medal!!

Teens are building every week in our club - more teens now than ever before and theres a few missing from the pic. Great to have that energy about the club. Judo is so good for them - getting them off Tik Tok and nonsense... Down to the club to do a bit 1-2 times a week.
