Thursday at CrossFit Resplendent is about more than simply getting through a workout—it’s about learning, practising and becoming a more capable athlete.

From early-morning Conditioning and our Veterans class to Grunt Work and evening Gymastery, there’s something for every age, ability and goal.

SUNDAY REFLECTIONS

Yesterday’s Avenge Summer Throwdown was a brilliant reminder of what competition is really about—testing yourself, stepping outside your comfort zone and sharing the floor with some incredible people.

Proud of everyone who competed, supported, judged and gave their energy throughout the day. Experiences like these build more than fitness—they create memories, strengthen friendships and remind us why we love this community.

A huge thank you to for capturing the magic moments, to for giving us the platform and everyone involved in organising and delivering such a fantastic event. Your hard work behind the scenes certainly didn’t go unnoticed.

Another competition in the books. Lessons learned, memories made—and we keep moving forward. 💪
