Conditioning class is a non negotiable for our competitive dancers and here is our why 🫶🏻

Our competition dancers from p5- year 14 all take a compulsory conditioning class each week.

This trains the body to increase strength, flexibility and endurance. This class is also brilliant at team bonding as girls have the best fun working in partners and groups 🦋💙🖤
