This was the calm before the storm or.. warm up before the beasting (whatever term you want to use) 😎😂.. a few of you hiding behind me (hope that wasn’t on purpose) 👀😂😉
Another Amazing one tonight.. damn you guys are killing it.. we all pushed outside of our comfort zones tonight.. WELL DONE.. butwas missing some of my ‘men’ tonight.. 🤔😉🔥🔥

‼️COMFORT ZONES‼️
We all love our own comfort zone .. me as much as anyone, but I try to take myself out of my comfort zone as much as I possibly can. I get scared , I question my ability , my confidence levels .. we all do.. but we have to face it, push through it and build on it!
Leave your comfort zone this week by maybe trying one of the following things:
🔗set a small goal, smash it, and keep progressing further (outside of your comfort zone)
🔗confront a fear
🔗start a new hobby
🔗say ‘yes’ more
🔗make yourself accountable to someone , who will check your progress
🔗create a healthy habit.. start small .. and keep progressing
Life is for living.. Let’s GROW!! ❤️
