Our squad played a fun Texas Scramble yesterday - great to see our experienced juniors working so well with some of our newest squad members 😀

In spite of tough conditions, all the teams were very competitive. Well done to team Jack, Jamison and Callum for winning scratch with 67 and to team Phebe, Lydia and Inés for winning the nett with 61 (BIH).

Wishing the very best to West Links Juniors Ryan Killorn and Ellis Tate, and junior members Aidan Lawson and Nathan Tait, who will be competing in the Scottish Boys' Open Championship, which starts tomorrow at Cruden Bay.

This year the Quads are being held at Cardigan Golf Club - and today team Scotland faces the hosts Wales in both foursomes and singles. Ryan has had a fantastic start, winning his foursomes match 3&1 with partner Cole Stewart (Carnoustie Caledonia GC) and is currently playing his singles match.

Congratulations to the first ever West Links Juniors Strokeplay Scratch and Handicap Champions - Ellis Tate and Harvey Blair! ✨

Very well done also to Ryan Pickett Jnr and Archie Brownlee, who came 2nd and 3rd in Scratch and to Hudson Blair and Chloe Adams, 2nd and 3rd in Handicap.

Our inaugural Strokeplay Championship was contested in extremely tough, windy conditions and we are very proud of all the players who battled it out in such good spirits over the last two days.
