Cant believe it's been a year since the world lost Kobe. Today I channeled my inner mamba and did a kobe themed workout at the beach. If you give it a go let me know how you get on!
When you cant decide if you should workout or not, ask yourself, what would kobe do? It's a yes every time!!!

wanted some ideas for resistance band workouts at home during lockdown. This workout hit every muscle and uses the bands in loads of different ways.

Fitness isn't just for standing in an air conditioned gym picking up heavy things! Use it to put yourself in awesome places and do awesome things!!!
I write my own workouts to keep me fit for climbing and surfing. It helps motivate me to start a session, keeps them fun and most importantly makes my time in the mountains and the surf much more enjoyable!

7 minute burpees. This one is simple but brutal! Set a timer for seven minutes and do as many burpees as possible! Good luck!!!
