Class times are as follows:
Wednesday @ 6pm
Thursday @ 7:30pm

Block book or pay per session!

6 week block booking x 1 session per week - £50
6 week block booking x 2 sessions per week - £100
Pay per session - £8.50

So bloody proud of this lovely lady! PB on her deadlift from 90kg to 105kg tonight then a sweaty workout to finish. Now it’s time to spend the next few weeks focusing on technique, building that strength up and smashing out another PB. 😜 Well done you’re doing amazing. 😍💪🏽

They are specific to you and you only for you to reach your desired goal. I will help you find consistency within your training, enjoy it and not look at it as a form of ‘punishment’. So whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, working on endurance, increase strength or just maintaining an active lifestyle with some accountability, I’d love to help you! 🙌🏽
