A great little Minis class today in the heat. All working hard, all with sweat on and a smile.

I couldn't decide with one for trainer of the week so we had 2 due to consistent hard work showing excellent skills over the last 2 weeks.

Trainers of the week are Reuben (The Wrecking Ball) and (Too Smooth) Thomas.

Young Thomas at only 6 years old is one to watch out for!

Dionne is again part of the England Boxing Programme and Danny who after completing his 5 pillars workshops was invited down to be part of the coaching set up.

The session is based on learning the very basic fundamentals and we dont get too serious.

Those that show potential to handle more we move into development classes when ready.

Great work and well done to Scout who was our trainer of the week.

Scout even made up a new variation of Burpees called Burpees on fire 🔥🤣

Kobra Kai 🥊🥊🥊

Kai boxing a tall southpaw in a close bout worthy of a return. He didnt get the decision but gave a good account of himself. Kai will box anyone and just wants to learn.

What an attitude and a great season for him.

Theo up next and came away with a unanimous decision in a scrappy affair. Not his best but did what was needed against an awkward opponent. Another who has had a great learning debut season.

Last we had Dionne up against an England Team mate defending her Elite Belt. Despite a good performance she was on the wrong side of a very close bout. Couldn't have been any complaints either way it was that close.

Last one tomorrow with Jay having his 2nd skills for us. He has trained well and we are looking forward to his performance 🥊

We have Kobra Kai Patterson out on the Westerhope Show looking to end his season well. Its been a great season for him development wise.

Then we are over on the District Youth show where will defend her TTW Eite Belt in with a former opponent from this years Championships where Dionne will be looking to reverse the result.

Will it be repeat or revenge?

Then after taking a late call last night Thunder Theo .theo steps in to take a bout againsta good lad looking to end a good season well.
