Scary thing was the photo on left I thought I was ‘happy’ and life was good. Manipulation is real and don’t ever let your kindness loyalty or heart ever make you a slave to those who don’t appreciate you.
Trust actions over words and most importantly protect your energy.

38ish lbs weight gain nearly 3 stone between photos.

If you feel depleted around certain people whether it’s friends work colleagues or family trust your gut and protect yourself.

No matter how loyal you are your health should always be number 1 priority and self care will always save you in these situations. I have learnt as I get I am used to pain discomfort struggle as that’s what is comfortable to me with having trauma from a young age but it is never an excuse to neglect yourself and il be honest if it wasn’t for my lifestyle and the way I live I probably wouldn’t be here today so also remember everything happens for a reason and looking back that’s why I decided to build muscle at a young age not just for a hobby but like a shield but in the end you have to tackle what goes on in your head and your heart.

No matter what you’re going through often the bad comes before the good. Prioritise self care, work on your inner self and you will bounce back.

And remember light will always outshine darkness ✨ 💪
