This is Rabs, one of our incredible Elevate ladies, who has now lost an amazing 29kg!

That number represents so much more than weight lost. It represents consistency, patience, hard work and continuing to show up, even when motivation wasn’t there.

Rabs, you should be unbelievably proud of yourself. Seeing everything you’ve achieved has been amazing. We’re incredibly lucky to have you as part of our community 💜

These ladies surprised themselves by pushing loads upwards of 140kg — proof that you’re often capable of far more than you realise.

This is what happens when you show up, challenge yourself and have a community beside you that believes in you. Those “I can’t” moments soon become “I just did.”

Meet Caroline… 👏

Caroline has been a big part of the Elevate community for a long time, and over the last 18 months her progress has been incredible.

16kg down, stronger, fitter, and still showing up with the same consistency that makes her such a valued part of the group.

This isn’t about quick fixes or overnight change. It’s about turning up, putting the work in, and building habits that actually last.

Huge congratulations to Paula on hitting her 500th class at Elevate 💙

Paula is officially our client with the most attendances, which says everything about her consistency, commitment and place within our community. Across those 500 classes there have been plenty of highs, a few lows, and even the occasional tear, but Paula has kept showing up, kept putting the work in and kept supporting everyone around her. She is a huge part of what makes Elevate so special, and we couldn’t be prouder of you, Paula!

Watching our members pull 100kg, then 110kg, then 115kg was a reminder of what Elevate is all about: women getting stronger, growing in confidence, and supporting each other every step of the way.

Katie and Laura’s journey to 300 classes is a brilliant reflection of what this community is all about.

Both of them have shown real dedication, consistency, and commitment to themselves, turning up time and time again, putting in the work, and trusting the process along the way.

Hitting 300 classes is an incredible milestone on its own, but doing it while supporting each other, having fun, and being part of such an uplifting community makes it even more meaningful.

Katie and Laura, you should both be so proud of everything you’ve achieved, and we’re lucky to have you both as a part of this community 💙
