💕My Baby Yoga and Massage classes start this Wednesday and we have just 2 places left for Baby Yoga. This is your final proper nudge to come and join us!
✨Because I know how easy it is to think:
“I’ll book something soon.”
“I should get out more, but everything feels like effort.”
“What if my baby cries?”
“What if I don’t know anyone?”
“What if we’re having one of those mornings?”
My classes are not about perfect babies, perfect routines or perfect parenthood 💕
They are calm, connection-led spaces where you can come exactly as you are, and leave with tools that genuinely support you and your baby at home 💛

Know someone who’s expecting a baby or has a little one? I’d love it if you could share my page with them 💛
The majority of my customers find my classes through word of mouth and the mums who come are so good at spreading the word for me 💕 But if you’ve not been to a class or you don’t have a young baby, it would still really help if you could let even just one person who’s expecting or has a young baby know.
Social media is HARD and I don’t think the right kind of content is pushed to the people who need it. So if you could help spread the word in the old fashioned way, I’d be very grateful!

Thought I should do another re- introduction as there’s lots of new followers here recently.
So hi, I’m the face behind breathe and be. I’m a mum of 2 and an ex primary teacher.
And I know how it feels to be in the throws of pregnancy and new motherhood. I attended a baby massage class with my first daughter and it became the highlight of our week. I met some other lovely mum’s there and it was so reassuring to hear them having all the same problems that I was- green poo, baby co-sleeping, etc etc. I almost talked myself out of signing up to the class as leaving the house and being somewhere on time felt like an endurance test. And it was! My baby always pooed just as we were leaving and I alway forgot something! But after the class, it was always worth it- I alway felt better. I’d been out and done something which benefited both me and my baby. And then we usually got home and snoozed all day!
So if there’s one piece of advice I can give you- it’s to book that class! Even if you only do one (I’d only recommend doing one a week!) It may feel daunting at first, but I promise it’ll be worth it to meet other mums who are going through the same things you are. And to just leave the house! A change of scenery can do wonders for you and your baby.
✨My classes are designed to be relaxing and to make you feel welcome. We will do brief introductions in the first class but there’s no pressure to say anything other than yours and your baby’s names
✨There’ll be a hot cuppa and biscuits after the class and lots of toys to keep baby entertained whilst you relax
✨ Low sensory input- no flashing lights or loud music- this is a low stimulation class
✨A warm welcome and no judgement- my classes are baby led which means you can rock, feed, change your baby at any time- and we expect them to cry!
✨Small class sizes- maximum of 8
My June courses are now open for booking and I can’t wait to warmly welcome you and you little one, please find the booking link in bio 💕

One of the only rules I have in my classes- you never need to apologise for being late…
I was ALWAYS late with a newborn. ALWAYS.
My daughter had an amazing ability to poo at almost the exact moment I put her in the car seat, just as I had put my shoes on and we were running out of the door to leave the house.
I used to get really stressed about this and apologise profusely wherever we went. But honestly, it didnt matter and people expect it (or they should do) when you have a newborn.
You can’t control whether they don’t wake up in time/ poo as you’re leaving the house/ scream in the car so you have to pull over and feed them… the list is endless, there are so many variables with a newborn!
Getting out of the house can feel like a military operation! So please never apologise for being late and don’t feel like you have to have it all ‘together’.
Just come as you are, sleep deprived, covered in sick- it’s all welcome and very much expected 💛

My baby is 5 💫
Born during covid, it took you 3 days to join us and to say it wasn’t the easiest birth is an understatement. You came out covered in bruises, it wasn’t the gentle birth we were hoping for. The fairy lights and room spray never made it out of the bag, and no amount of hypnobirthing could have helped us. And maybe that’s why you were a Velcro baby and still are very much velcro’ed to me. And I wouldn’t have it any other way ❤️
I wish I could freeze time as I love this age. Unicorns, rainbows and everything sparkly 💕 the house is covered in glitter, pictures of rainbows and stickers. And it’s brilliant 💛 (although I may say otherwise when on a cleaning spree!)
Time goes so fast when they’re little 💕 It’s amazing seeing them grow up but you also want it to slow down 💫
