NO CLASSES THIS WEEKEND!

On Saturday 19th September we are attending the open mat at Origin BJJ in Darlington. 10:30 start.

An open mat is a great opportunity to roll with some different people. Share ideas and techniques. If you're available you should absolutely do it!
