Defra is gathering evidence that will shape the future of our sport.

If you don't tell them what shooting means to you, your community and the countryside, someone else will tell them a different story.

Looking forward to photographing the next Hurworth Hunt Mounted Hound Exercise morning this Saturday. It’s always a really good fun morning out with hounds.

Date for your diary!
Our third mounted hound exercise morning is on Saturday 5th September at West Rounton.

We plan to meet at the kennels at 9am, for a walk, trot ride with hounds that will last around 1.5 hours. The route is approximately 6/7 miles of roads & tracks, with no jumping due to hard ground conditions.

This is an ideal opportunity to introduce a novice horse to hounds and to experience being in the "trail hunting field" with other horses.

This is a family friendly event and we do ask the children are supervised.

Just love capturing a trip to the beach. Great fun for everyone, rounded off with obligatory ice creams.
