30inches off and built lean muscle mass!

Hannah come to me in desperate need 😣

Hannah while looking after others and brining new life into the world, she dismissed her own health and life!

Hannah was highly stressed , fully depleted and confidence was at an all time low!

Now that all has changed but let me tell you how


phase 1 - The reset, this was a phase which we took Hannah through the fundamentals of any solid foundation. Here are couple of points.

* Time management - this allowed her to plan her days to give her back time and actually take some time for herself to destress and be more in a routine đŸ•°ïž

* Identifying schedules for sleep days / nights - This was a tough nut to crack but having a specific routine before bed allowed Hannah to switch off and relax which helps her to fall asleep.

* Increasing protein and water and veg intake - just this simple task allowed Hannah to feel fuller and move away from them sugary treats which lead to less energy from sugar crashes!

* Increasing steps / while training 2xs per week - slowly increasing the step count allowed Hannah to comfortably create a larger deficit without taking away from the limited time she had, the 2xs per week workouts was short but Intense which lead to consistency due time efficiency.

Just from this first phase - Hannah completely improved in every aspect, yes we did push and create a larger deficit over time đŸ•°ïž I could tell you the other phases, but I want to drill this into you.

The foundations work,

they may not be sexyđŸ”„

they might not be cool 😎

But they work and that’s all that matters.

42lbs lost in body fat and over come medical conditions đŸ”„

Amy found herself struggling to lose weight over many years she found it hard to motivate herself due to her yo yo dieting.

Amy was stuck in a cycle of not being able to lose weight or at very best maintaining weight. This unfortunately took a huge toll on her mental health, she was lacking confidence and was just sad. Having a medical condition made it harder to for her to lose weight but so much easier to gain it.

When Amy started she had no clue in regard to the education around food, hormones and how it all can affect the body.

This was our first point of call I began giving her education and easy step by step guides to leveling up her knowledge around hormones and nutrition. This indeed was a huge game changer.

“My knowledge now of food, hormones, and general exercise has been the most it ever has been. “

She felt she had control of her journey , she didn’t always track calories as she understood hunger cues and was getting use to normal portion size and nutritional values.

“With Jason I had the support in the gym to try new things, push myself but knowing I was doing it safely and correctly.

When I was starting to lose the weight, I was gaining confidence in my self and in the gym.

My medical condition seemed to get better and more stable with the weight loss, and so did my mental health.

My body positivity is at the highest it’s ever been, my medical condition has improved massively.

Fear cripples the gates for opportunity,

I’ve been there before,

Allowing fear to hold me back from where I truly want to be. People see me now and think I was always in shape.

Let me tell you I really wasn’t, I’ve been fat with little to no muscle, eating out of control, low self confidence let’s face it I wouldn’t go to social events and I wouldn’t even take my top of in summer.

The thing was fear stopped me for many years to achieving what I wanted. I put it off due to fear of failing , fear of people taking the p**s out of me in the gym, the fear that I wasn’t good enough.

So what changed my mind?

I finally had enough of being in pain!

It was more painful staying where I was than the fear of changing it!

Read that again

That was the point I stopped fearing and I decided to take charge! Now it wasn’t easy and I still had self doubt pop its head up, now and then but the fuel of being in the same pain again pushed me on.

The thing is fear Is the barrier we create.

Protein snacks!

Many of you reading feel like hitting protein intake nearly is damn right impossible or are you just over thinking it đŸ€”

So here is a top tip,

Increase protein serving in your normal meals this will literally make your protein intake a easy target to hit 🎯

Now let me get on with the snacks!

There are so many b.s foods out there now claiming high protein and all that jazz you must of seen them.

Mars bar protein bar,
High protein cereal,

But we are forgetting one thing

What other ingredients are in these that may not be so good for our body also most are not actually even high quality sources of protein. Which means they are lacking in the complete amino acid profile.

So next time you want to snack on protein think whole foods and how to make them more convenient đŸ’ȘđŸ»đŸ’ȘđŸ».

You determine who you are!

In life we have many decisions we make on a daily basis, now these decisions reflect who you are.

Yes while it’s true some can be a mistake, and you pay the consequences. We also have the ability to learn from these and evolve.

When it comes to your fitness journey the decisions have an outcome which lead you to beliefs of who you are.

Let me break this down,

If your on a fat loss journey and you say you will train x amount of times per week, now say you failed to do this.

What thoughts cloud your head?

Lazy, not good enough , inconsistent, never get where you want to be and so on.

Now you can see how this decision of not going has made an outcome and this is a negative one.

Now if you went to the gym and done the x amounts of sessions what would be the thought process?

I am consistent , I have discipline, i know I can achieve what I want and so on.

Now let me tell you this


You are in control of you, your thoughts your actions your decisions!!

Just know that this is a true reflection of a person’s drive, commitment and value to what they are trying to achieve.

This is even true with fitness related goals, whether to get the best body you have ever had, to wanting to be healthy and free from stress and niggles.

While you need to be educated in this which should be a huge part in the process you also need to put the work in. If you don’t value something it usually doesn’t get done!

So when you’re coming up with what you actually want to achieve aka your goals, then make sure it’s something you actually value!!

Once you make this change, watch the change in you!
