Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a practice based on a specific sequence of asanas that detoxes, strengthens & opens the physical body whilst the counted method and its focus on the breath provides the practitioner a meditative practise of mind control. Zoom sessions are available

I am on my way home from Italy after enjoying a week on an Ashtanga Yoga retreat. My yoga cup is full to brimming and am excited to share this moving meditation with you all!!! Come and join me at the the wonderful Ironstone Wellbeing Centre where I will guide you through the half primary series.
