I have been absolutely loving my B+B Fit sessions. Amy, Rachel & Lewin have all been amazing!
They all have fantastic knowledge of all the exercises & programs and demonstrate them really clearly, making adjustments as needed for your level & ability.
The atmosphere is awesome and really helps you get into the zone and the trainers all help push you whilst ensuring your technique is not compromised to prevent any injuries!
Each session has been different keeping it fun and interesting and your muscles all feel like they have had a great work out at the end!
I have never tried small group PT sessions before but now I have Iβm not going back!
They are the best of both worlds- the attention and personalisation you get from 1 on 1 PT but with that great atmosphere you get from working out in a group!

A mixture of Landmine Squats, Incline DB Bench Press and Romanian Deadlifts to increase muscular strength and definition.
