Some client progress here, first picture was taken a year ago and the second one last weekend.
He was training with someone different previously but has said he felt he wasnโt getting pushed enough so he has been with me the past few months.
He has said he wants to increase his muscle mass and get down to a six pack so we have been bulking so far and will be for 2 more months and then start a cut.
He has hit it very hard and stuck to the plans I wrote for him and it is definitely paying off showing improvements very quickly looking forward to seeing what he can achieve at the end of the cut.

A huge amount of people consume caffeine and there is a lot to say about it but here a few things in relation to training to keep in mind.
Caffeine doesnโt actually give you energy which is what a lot of people think, it uses up energy our body stores. This is why you can have a โcrashโ feeling later after drinking it because your are using up saved energy. It can be very good for a boost but sometimes our bodies are trying to tell us things and just drinking and drinking can lead to health issues. โ
Caffeine has a half life of 12 hours so it is effectively still in your system for up to 12 hours after you consume it. Rest is very important for your body to develop and to much caffeine or having it to late could be effecting your sleeping pattern. โ
Caffeine doesnโt burn any fat but it does suppress your appetite so if you are cutting or trying to lose weight It could be used effectively to swerve temptations. โ

So glad to be back training regularly and getting things ready to train with clients again. Have had a few months away from the gym but for good reasons it just had to be done for a bit.
I will have some offers for people soon that are looking to get ready for summer that could be helpful for you so keep a look out.
Potentially looking to compete at the end of the year as well so plenty to get on with for the year so far!

Water is essential especially when the weathers hotter so make sure your drinking plenty, keeping hydrated will keep energy and focus on point โ

As I said earlier in the week I have left to move on to new things. ๐
All the staff there have been a great which has been very helpful during my time there and I wish you all the best in the future and thank you for the leaving gifts. ๐
It has been a great experience meeting and training with everyone over the past year, I have learnt a lot being there and have hopefully helped out everybody who I have trained with. I will still be there to train so I will still see people when Iโm there, see you round guysโฆ๐
