-6.3kg from our starting point but what I love so much about this transformation is there was no emphasis on physical changes

The goal was to feel better, to be more active, build a solid routine & to become fitter & healthier

And whilst working towards achieving that has come an amazing physical transformation too, without the pressure of chasing a scale weight, dress size or physical attributions

A tighter waist & upper body whilst keeping the glutes too… what more could you ask for🤌🏻

So excited to see where this one goes 🚀👑

If nothing else, I hope to show alllll the mums that having a baby doesn’t ruin your body

In fact you can look better after carrying a child than before, you can be stronger, fitter & healthier

The only thing stopping you is you & your mindset

I’ll never deny the fact that having children absolutely makes achieving your goals more difficult but is it impossible? Absolutely not

It doesn’t take hours on end of training, it doesn’t take eating the same thing day in day out & not enjoying days out & treats with your little one

It just takes the want to change, to become better & a few small changes to your daily routine
