Sorry for the lack of posts!
Life has been very busy with family, moving house and lots more, there is lots of progress with my clients but it’s a personal journey not everyone wants to show there results on social media!

Really happy with my clients progress he was signed up for 12weeks and just under a stone gone! His body has changed a lot and you can see body fat has gone down while muscle mass has improved!
