FBL vs PT vs The Gym
So many try to compare what we do here at FBL with PT's or your typical budget gym. However, what we do here at FBL is beyond compare, but I will let you ladies compare and decide.
All this with 30 sessions available each week:
Monday (Core & Cardio) - 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 1,30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm
Tuesday (Boxing & Core) - 6am, 7am (Resistance Training), 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm
Wednesday (Leg Day) - 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 1.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm
Thursday (Cardio Blast) - 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 5.30pm, 6.30pm
Friday (Upper Body) - 6am, 7am, 9.30am, 1.30pm, 6pm
Saturday (Full Body) - 7am, 8am, 9am
