The sessions are moving from Sunday to tomorrow guys 👌🏻

Racecourse will be at 8:30am tomorrow morning instead of Sunday
Roade will be at 10:30am tomorrow morning instead of Sunday

Live in Roade and want to exercise for as little as £3 per session.
SAS Bootcamp is at The Village Hall Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday.

If you haven’t been to one of our outdoor bootcamps or haven’t been for more than 6 months and have decided you want to start 2024 by giving it a go or coming back, then we have a deal for you.

We are offering 4 bootcamp sessions for £11.50 for a limited time. This is a 75% saving for pay as you go members.

You will have 2 months to use the sessions and they are available at the following locations:

Tuesday 6:30am - Roade Village Hall
Tuesday 7pm - Far Cotton Rec, Northampton
Wednesday 7pm - Roade Village Hall
Thursday 7pm - Far Cotton Rec, Northampton
Alternate Saturdays 8:30am - Nene Park, Northampton
Sundays 8:30am - Racecourse, Northampton
Sunday 10:30am - Roade Village Hall

Once your 4 sessions have been used, you will have the option to continue on pay as you go or take advantage of our monthly or annual memberships. Our monthly membership works out as little as £1.43 per session with no minimum contract and our annual membership works out as little as £1.18 per session.

We have some EXCITING news to share with you.

We have secured an indoor venue in Roade and will be offering HIIT classes from 15th January at 18:30.

We are offering a course of 10 HIIT classes for £80.

Terms and Conditions
Your place will be reserved upon payment of the course.
You will be signing up for all 10 classes from the 15th January 2024 until 18th March 2024.
Once purchased there will be no refunds.

We have limited spaces available, so contact Paul on 07735 315280 or message us through our social media to reserve your space and let’s smash it in 2024.

Afternoon guys, we’ll Bootcamp hit off in style last night at Far Cotton Rec with an absolute beaster 💪🏻🥵

We completed a massive HIIT set of 9 brutal intense strength and cardio exercises 🥵💪🏻

Smashed out an intense progressive sprint set 🏃‍♂️💨

Pushed onto a burpee and leg burner to round of 2023 first session at The Rec 👌🏻
