It’s been a long time since I had a new Full Instructor at ITG.
James Bayliss has been not only relentless in his study of JKD but also in his training and understanding of the art, philosophy and concepts.
James will make an amazing Sifu as his attention to detail is outstanding.

Things are getting real out there.
An unusual amount of people asking about personal protection and weapons training???
We have been totally disarmed.
Can’t understand why women are buying small spray cans of Deep Heat ???
Must be a lot of aching muscles.
Anyone would think we are being invaded or something??
