Originally founded in 1998, the company was taken over in 2019 by the founders daughter Jessica and her husband Alistair, who have both been an instrumental part of the company’s operation since 2006. We currently provide home delivery and installation services for various companies including,

John Lewis, Swoon, JYSK, Emma Mattresses, Carpetright, Wicken Toys, Rainbow Play Systems, Capital Play, and UPS. HDS is a family run delivery company specialising in the delivery of ‘difficult to deliver’ goods to places that are hard to reach in the U.K. From delivering and installing bed frames and mattresses to installing High end furniture items, we offer a personal, bespoke home delivery service tailored to our customer’s needs. HDS look to increase your delivery rates by informing the customer as to when they can expect to receive their home delivery at each step, thus ensuring a first-time delivery rate almost every time. We know the best and most simple ways to provide quality services at a reasonable cost. We always try to understand our customers’ needs and make those needs our priority. We are only satisfied when our customers are happy. We make sure that we have time for you. For this reason, rather than offer online bookings, we prefer to talk to our customers first. This way we can advise them of the best service for their requirements. We provide a high-quality service at very reasonable prices that are worked out in advance for you. That way, you never have any unpleasant surprises in your invoice. HDS is built on the principle of a good honest home delivery service provided at a reasonable cost. Our vehicles are clean, well maintained, and updated every few years so unnecessary complications such as vans breaking down are kept to an absolute minimum. We will provide you with extensive advice about your project, listen hard to your individual requirements and then always find the best possible solution for you. HDS aims to make your project happen more quickly and easily by giving you all the benefits of the first-class service that we provide. As a family-run company, HDS want to be best home delivery brand in the U.K. Not necessarily the biggest, but the best in providing home delivery solutions. To do this we have established a culture that supports our team members, so they can continue to provide a first-class service to our clients and their customer’s. We are so excited to see this press review on our company “HDS: The Home Delivery Service”.

We’ve spent a lot of money this year updating our systems and route planning software. This is a real game changer for us that allows love tracking, automated updates, and even allows a customer portal so our customers can go online and book their own deliveries, rather than manually booking in through us.

The directors here at HDS have just launched a new page to donate Christmas gifts this year.

With 12.7% of the U.K.'s workforce living in poverty at the start of 2020, there are now more families than ever living in poverty and cannot afford Christmas.

Jessica and Alistair have launched Christmas Spirit 2020 so we can try and reach all of the families who cannot afford a gift or food this Christmas and help to spread the magic of Christmas.

Please like and follow this page. It's a fantastic cause and it could have a huge impact on the U.K's mental health. Lets help everyone to truly feel the magic of Christmas in 2020

🌟🌟 Our top team Eugene and Jake well and truly saved the day this morning 🌟🌟

🌟🌟A customer was extremely concerned that delivery and installation of her trampoline wasn’t going to be possible in time for her sons birthday. After hearing this customer’s story, our family focused director Jessica was determined to make him have a happy birthday 🌟🌟

🌟🌟 After talking to our father and son team, Jessica arranged for an emergency delivery and installation of this 10ft round JumpPro trampoline. By 11am this morning, this trampoline was built over 100 miles away in Cheshire, resulting in a very happy customer. Now that’s what family orientated service is all about!! 🌟🌟

🔩🔩It’s almost time for the weekend but our installers are still hard at work. Here’s some pictures of an S113 Springfree trampoline that our top man Eugene installed yesterday. 🔩🔩

Rather than have the standard white rods, this customer opted to upgrade to the black rods.

⭐️⭐️ The pictures don’t do justice to the size of this trampoline. It’s huge! On average these big boys can take 2 people somewhere between 2-3 hours to build. Our Eugene built this in just over an hour ⭐️⭐️
