9 years of karting 🏎💨🏁

Photos from where we started to where we have finished today 🏆

What an absolutely amazing time we have had as a family. It is now time to hang up the racing boots for a little while. We loved the bambino days at Woodthorpe Kart Club to competing around the country with the BKC, NKC and all the weekends at our local track Fulbeck Kart Club and recently competing at PF International. It has had it highs and lows but throughout it all Freddie has shown what an amazing driver he is. We are so proud of every single one of his achievements and there has been a lot. Karting has made him the wonderful person he is today and we can only thank his Dad for all the encouragement and being the best mechanic he could ask for and making both their dreams come true. We would like to thank all our family and friends in all their support over the years you are all so special to us.

We have many happy memories to cherish 🥰.

First weekend back in the kart. It was a very wet Fulbeck Kart Club. We have a new member to Team Moore, our little Maeve had a try in the kart seat and I think she loved it 😍.

Practice day went well with Sam getting Freddie all set up in the CRG kart.

Race day

Heat 1 started 2nd Finished 10th
Heat 2 started 8th Finished 5th
Heat 3 started 9th Finished 16th

Final started 10th Finished 4th with setting the fastest lap times.

Freddie drove absolutely awesome in the final got to grips with the kart and how it handles in all different weather conditions today. We are super proud as always. It was great to see everyone and well done to Nathan and Ollie winning both their finals and setting fastest laps on their CRG karts 🏎💨🏁🏆

End of the season for us and Freddie finally finished a race and even got a trophy and fastest out on track.

We would like to thank everyone in the awning this year. It has been great fun with you all and racing wouldn't be the same without you all to share the highs and the many lows 🏎💨🏁. We have all come together in each person's hour of need whike we have travelled around the country. We have had so many laughs and so many more memories made.

We shall see you all for a new season next year where we can continue all the fun 🏎💨🏁.

Finally a weekend with luck on our side 🏎💨🏁. Freddie has had a tough couple of meetings at the NKC. We had rain Saturday and lots of sunshine Saturday and Sunday. Time attack was good and after heats Freddie started 12th in the final finishing 9th overall. Winning on the raffle was an extra bonus 💸. It was great to have Max back with us. Well done Team Moore.

This weekend Freddie raced at Mansell Race Circuit. All I can say from the weekend is that team work got us there and team spirit in the awning was brilliant.

Practice was difficult and Sam got Freddie out by the 3rd practice.

Race day

Heat 1 - started 21st Finished 16th
Heat 2 - started 7th Finished 5th
Heat 3 - started 19th Finished 22nd (nose cone penalty)
Final started 24th Finished 30th (nose cone penalty)

First weekend at the NKC Championship at Three Sisters, Wigan.

Race Day

Heat 1 started 24th made it to 17th then got DNF had to pull off as chain had chewed the sprocket
Heat 2 started 6th Finished 6th
Heat 3 started 12th Finished 21st
Made the B Final and finished 14th made the move for 3rd but didn't pay off this time.

Lots of laughs had with everyone. Great team spirit in the awning. I have never walked so many steps in a weekend. Thank you everyone for a great weekend 🏎💨🏁.

What a race weekend. The weather was awful on Saturday so onto race day.

Heat 1 started 25th Finished 5th
Heat 2 started 12th Finished 3rd
Heat 3 started 2nd Finished 1st
Final started on Pole Finished 1st but due to a dropped nose cone and then excluded due to failing scrutineering.

But Freddie was fastest man on track and had an absolutely amazing drive. He has showed us how much he has learnt over the years. Thank you to everyone for all your love and support towards him.
