Pilates offers a different way of thinking about your body. I'm happy to help you at Abington Bowling Club or online via Facebook to get a fit Pilates body.
Through practicing Pilates movements, you will become more self-aware and better able to take control of your body and your life. Although Pilates techniques may at times take you outside your comfort zone, the benefits of Pilates are that you begin to understand and appreciate not only your strengths, but also your weaknesses. Once you have mastered a strong Pilates body you are more able to go on to tackle stronger and faster exercise regimes, such as aerobics, interval training and jogging.
