Another fantastic Pilates for Runners session tonight. These runners never stop working hard!
Running places repetitive demands on the body, and while logging the miles is important, what you do off the road can make a huge difference to your performance and injury prevention.
Pilates helps runners build core strength, improve stability, increase mobility, develop better posture and alignment, and address muscle imbalances that can contribute to niggles and injuries. It can also improve running efficiency, helping you move more effectively and feel stronger on every run.
The effort and focus in tonight’s class was incredible. Everyone worked hard, challenged themselves, and invested in becoming stronger, more resilient runners.
