Baby massage 5 weeks & Mummy reconnection 1 week ( with option to extend into postpartum reconnective yoga) plus we do little reconnections as you are learning to massage your baby.

An opportunity to bond with your baby and reconnect to YOU and to meet other parents.

Small class size (maximum of 3)
Class based in Boothville
A lovely class, with homemade snack and refreshments, all resources (oil, handouts via electronic download) including a client area to support you in your postpartum. No need to bring anything with you all mats etc supplied.
