moving better and swinging better for it ๐Ÿ“ˆ

A few weeks in with and weโ€™re seeing some gains already.
7 iron clubhead speed up 6%
7 iron carry distance up 15 yards!
(Impact factors all improving as well).

Weโ€™ve done some great work this winter but being able to move better (relative to yourself) is clearly paying dividends ๐Ÿ‘

Short game action of developing nicely.

Much more โ€˜on planeโ€™ movement than years previous, a result of managing forearm movements with wrist angles and getting comfortable with what was once uncomfortable

Always good to check in on the course and see the game in context ๐Ÿ‘Œ

Sharpening up the short game with .

Improving strike, flight and landing angle to improve ball control and repeatability.
Exploring changes to set up to adapt ball flight and landing angle - did rather a good job on the last one ๐Ÿ˜‰ โ€ฆ โฌ‡๏ธ๐Ÿ•ณ๏ธ๐ŸŽฏ

1st session of the winter and some tidy work from as usual.

Improving wrist angles to better manage tilts to ultimately help improve impact with club path and clubface control.

Wedge game has come on loads this year and is looking sharp ๐Ÿ‘

Demo of a narrow arc pattern for a lesson.

Often players fear using their wrists as they associate poor outcomes with being โ€˜too wristyโ€™.

For some, a narrow arc where the movement of the wrists is more prominent can have many benefits and helping control low point being one.

I like certain players to practice different patterns of delivery for self discovery, skill development and learning what suits them in certain lies/situations to increase probability of success.

Impressive progress from Lottie these past few years.
Ball striking has improved greatly and the quality of strike these days is ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ.
The finish position can give good insights as to how a player is moving through impact and why.
such a valuable tool for both player and coach and being able to reflect on the progress made in powerful!
2025 here we come ๐Ÿ‘Š

On Course analysis

A recent session on the course with .

Observing movements patterns, tendencies and how they compare to what we see on the range (context vs non context).
Identifying strengths, helping reframe self talk, managing self expectations and noting areas of opportunity to help scoring. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Š

Itโ€™s been some summer for .bisset.๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ™Œ

WAGR ranking โœ…

England Girls squad 24/25 โœ…

Proud of her as the season didnโ€™t start great, she dug deep and turned it around.
As the saying goes โ€œa smooth sea, never made a skilled sailorโ€. ๐Ÿ˜‰

A shout out to , and the England Girls Regional squad, itโ€™s been great to share thoughts for the betterment of the player and you never stop learning yourself!

I would encourage any junior, if they get the opportunity, get involved with the England golf set up.

๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Some improvement over the past few years!
Clubhead speed up 20mph ๐Ÿ˜ณ
Carry distance up 41 yards ๐Ÿ˜ฒ
And then thereโ€™s the club path, clubface and attack angle improvements.

All in all, some great work from him over time ๐Ÿ”ฅ
