1st session of the winter and some tidy work from as usual.

Improving wrist angles to better manage tilts to ultimately help improve impact with club path and clubface control.

Wedge game has come on loads this year and is looking sharp 👏

Demo of a narrow arc pattern for a lesson.

Often players fear using their wrists as they associate poor outcomes with being ‘too wristy’.

For some, a narrow arc where the movement of the wrists is more prominent can have many benefits and helping control low point being one.

I like certain players to practice different patterns of delivery for self discovery, skill development and learning what suits them in certain lies/situations to increase probability of success.

Impressive progress from Lottie these past few years.
Ball striking has improved greatly and the quality of strike these days is 😮‍💨.
The finish position can give good insights as to how a player is moving through impact and why.
such a valuable tool for both player and coach and being able to reflect on the progress made in powerful!

Proud of her as the season didn’t start great, she dug deep and turned it around.
As the saying goes “a smooth sea, never made a skilled sailor”. 😉

A shout out to , and the England Girls Regional squad, it’s been great to share thoughts for the betterment of the player and you never stop learning yourself!

I would encourage any junior, if they get the opportunity, get involved with the England golf set up.
