Have you all been outside this weekend walking or cycling maybe ? I have done both and feel great. If you are not used to walking or cycling start by just walking or cycling for 10 mins and gradually increase each day until you are doing 20/30 mins or more each day. Make sure you keep 2metres apart from any companion . You will feel great and look great.
When you get home STRETCH - take one leg behind ( about 1foot) keep front leg bent and hold for 30secs
