Today I went to the gym! šš½āāļøššŖš½
And itās interesting how I ask myself the same question again and again each time I swipe my card to get through.
Why do I lose momentum sometimes?
Weird to answer inspite of the fact that every single time I move my body, I feel better.
Stronger.
Clearer.
More energized.
And what I realized as I sat in the whirlpool bath afterwards is this:
The goal isnāt perfection.
The goal is returning.
Returning to the habits that support my wellbeing.
Returning to the things that make me feel alive.
Returning to myself.
I donāt need to be perfect.
I just need to come back.
Again.
And again.
And again.
And thatās how the transformation happens and the identity of a healthy, happy Joanne locks in!

Standing here reading the story of the Iron Trunk Aqueduct, Iām reminded that progress has always belonged to visionaries.
In 1793, a group of people saw a problem, imagined a better way, took a risk, and built something that would outlive them by centuries.
Every business, movement, ministry, and legacy begins the same way:
⨠A vision.
⨠A decision.
⨠The courage to act.
As entrepreneurs, we are not just building for today. We are creating pathways, solving problems, and leaving footprints for those who will come after us.
The question is not whether the vision is big enough.
The question is whether we are willing to take the first step.
Be a woman (and man) of vision. Build boldly. The future is shaped by those who dare to create it. šš·

One of the most powerful things you can do at the halfway point of the year is a reset.
Whether you join my 21-Day Aligned Mid-Year Reset or create your own personal review process, I encourage you to take time to pause and assess.
Ask yourself:
⢠What has worked well so far this year?
⢠What goals still matter to me?
⢠What patterns or habits keep showing up?
⢠Where is my energy going that it shouldnāt be?
⢠What distractions need to be removed?
⢠What needs refreshing, refining, or realigning?
A mid-year reset isnāt about dwelling on whatās gone wrong. Itās about creating clarity for whatās next.
Think of it as revisiting your vision board, reviewing your goals, and making intentional adjustments so you can finish the year stronger than you started.
And if youād like some structure, support, and accountability, the 21-Day Aligned Mid-Year Reset starts on Monday, 8th June.
The doors are still open, and itās not too late to join us.
Your second half can look very different from your first halfā¦.if youāre willing to pause, reflect, and realign. āØ

I rarely post on a Sunday night.
Usually, this time is reserved for reflection, prayer, rest, and positioning myself for the week ahead.
Yet here I am tonight, breaking one of my own rules.
Thereās an urgency in my spirit about this time of year, and one question keeps coming back to me:
What if the thing standing between you and the second half of the year you desire isnāt a lack of information⦠but a lack of intentional interruption?
Most of us already know what we need to do.
We know we need more focus.
We know we need fewer distractions.
We know we need to revisit the goals we set in January.
We know we need to stop consuming and start creating.
Thatās why I created the 21-Day Aligned Mid-Year Reset.
These 21 days are not about adding more information to an already noisy world.
Theyāre about implementation.
Because sometimes what we need isnāt another podcast, another YouTube video, another AI prompt, or the latest personal development book.
Sometimes we need a pause.
A reset.
A recalibration.
A community.
A safe space to revisit the dreams that got buried beneath the demands of life.
If doing it alone was enough, youād probably have done it already.
The truth is that transformation rarely happens in isolation.
So if youāve been feeling stuck, distracted, overwhelmed, uninspired, or simply aware that you want more from the second half of this year than youāve experienced in the first, Iād love to invite you to join us.
š Early Bird pricing of $67 ends tomorrow (1st June) at midnight.
The second half of the year does not have to look like the first.
But it wonāt change by accident.
P.S.
These lovely photos were taken yesterday afternoon while sharing a meal and laughter with my lovely friends after a long week.
As I sat there, I was reminded that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is pause long enough to reconnect not only with ourselves, but with others, and with what truly matters.
Thatās exactly what this Mid-Year Reset is designed to help you do.

Itās almost June.
Let that sink in.
Six months ago, you had goals.
A vision.
A plan.
So let me ask you:
Are you living intentionally⦠or have you been living reactively?
Because distractions rarely seem dangerous.
They look like busy schedules, endless responsibilities, and sometimes prioritizing everyone elseās needs before your own.
And before you know it, half the year is almost gone.
And thatās why I got inspired to create the 21-Day Aligned Mid-Year Reset. This is your perfect opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and step into the second half of 2026 with clarity, focus, and momentum.
Not because you need more information.
But because you need space to hear yourself think again.
š Starts 8th June
š· Ends 29th June
Grand Finale: 30th June
The second half of your year is still unwritten.
Make it count.

Yesterday on a coaching call, someone mentioned something thatāa been playing like a broken record in my headā¦
It was about the Law of Impermanence which is basically a reminder that nothing stays the same forever.
Not pain.
Not confusion.
Not disappointment.
Not stagnation.
Not even the seasons that make us question ourselves.
And I sat there thinking about how many people entered 2026 with vision boards, prayer boards, goals, excitement⦠only for the first five months of the year to unfold quite differently than anticipated .
ļæ¼
Maybe life lifeād.
Maybe grief sprung out unexpectedly.
Maybe burnout reared its ugly head.
Maybe survival mode quietly took over.
But hereās the beautiful thing about impermanenceā¦
This current season is not your final destination.
Read. That. Again.
You are allowed to pause.
To recalibrate.
To breathe again.
To realign with yourself before the second half of the year begins.
That is exactly why I created the 21-Day Aligned Mid-Year Reset.
A space especially curated to mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and strategically help you reset and recalibrate in preparation for the 2nd half of the year.
Because I donāt want you to discount what lies ahead.
2026 is far from almost over.
So obviously it only makes sense to start preparing for the 2nd half of it.
Give yourself the head-start that many will not.

The UK is giving summer this weekend āļøš« and somewhere between the sunshine, the busyness, the conversations, and trying to keep up with life lately⦠one thought has been sitting heavily on my heart:
We all need a Mid-Year Reset. š
As we approach June and realise half the year is almost gone, it can feel overwhelming especially if you imagined youād be further ahead by now.
And letās be honest with ourselves.
So many women right now are carrying so much emotionally, mentally, financially, and spiritually while still trying to hold everything together.
Some of you may actually be standing on the brink of your breakthroughā¦but disappointment, delay, and the weight of everything youāve been carrying have slowly caused you to question yourself without even realising it.
And when that happens, it becomes easy to lose momentum, lose clarity, and start shrinking back from the very things you once felt called to pursue.
Others of you may actually be in a reasonably good place but deep down, you know the second half of your year could be far more aligned, intentional, and impactful āØ
Thatās why Iām creating the 21-Day Aligned Mid-Year Reset.
Not another random challenge you forget about a week later š
BUT an intentional space to help you:
⨠Reset mentally
šš¾ Reconnect spiritually
š„ Rebuild momentum
š§ Declutter emotionally
šŖš¾ Strengthen discipline
šÆ Regain focus
š« Restore confidence
ā¦so you can move intentionally and aligned into the second half of 2026.
If this sounds like something you need, comment:

Yesterday, I joined the 10K Twilight Walk for Cynthia Spencer Hospice - an organisation doing such beautiful work supporting people with life-limiting illnesses and their families through some of lifeās hardest moments. š
I signed up because Iāve been intentional lately about finishing what I start. But one of the biggest lessons of the evening came from a young lady we randomly met there.
She had simply come for her regular walk, saw people gathering, bought a T-shirt on the spot, signed up alone, and joined in.
I invited her to join our group, the Northants Sole Sisters, and she blended in like she had always been part of us. By the end of the night, she had made so many new friends.
And honestly? It made me reflect on how often we wait.
Wait for company.
Wait for support.
Wait until we feel ready.
But life really does open up the moment you decide to show up.
Aniqa reminded me that courage is deeply personal. Sometimes it simply looks like participating in your own life.
Go to the event.
Take the trip.
Hire the coach.
Start the course.
Have the conversation.
You never know what connections, healing, opportunities, or friendships are waiting on the other side of one bold decision.
My feet are exhausted, but my heart is warm. šøāØ

Was randomly walking down the gorgeous high street of Stony Stratford enjoying the sunshine, coffee in hand when this tag notification came in!
This is one of the most beautiful success stories I have for one of my business clients.
We helped launch š Grant a Smile from scratch with three thingsā¦a vision, faith and a conviction that it will work!
Now the CIC is almost 10 years old, faithfully serving their mission and itās such a blessing to see the fruit of their hard work and the astronomical progress theyāve made over the years.
is the founder and someone I deeply admire and respect. Follow her if you donāt already
Weāve remained in touch over the years and it never ceases to amaze me how much impact and influence sheās created in the social impact space.
My genuine advice to anyone whoās reading this isā¦.
Never, ever give up on your dreamsā¦
Because you never know where theyāll lead you to!
