Teaching a class at Born to Perform UK always brings me so much joy 🫶😍
Our session together on Friendship and Kindness was so beautiful ❤️
Sharing words of love for our friends, helping each other go that little further with support and building a web of friendship that was full of the most wonderful words of affirmation for each other 🕸️👫

🌸 A week of Wonder, Movement & Rest 🌸
Sometimes the most important thing we can teach our children isn't how to do more... it's how to slow down 🌿
This week we explored the beauty of nature, moved our bodies with kindness, shared laughter with new friends and created space to simply breathe ☀️
In a world that can feel so busy, these moments of calm remind us that rest is not a reward—it's something we all need 🙏
Thank you to every child who joined us on the mat this week. I can't wait to see where the rest of our summer adventure takes us. 🍃🧘♀️💚
✨ Homemade Stress Balls for Busy Minds ✨
Sometimes little hands need something calming to do while busy minds take a moment to slow down 🧠
Making a homemade stress ball is a fun, simple activity that can help children release tension, improve focus, and support emotional regulation through calming sensory play.
All you need is:
🎈 A balloon 🌾 Rice, flour, dried lentils or beads
🥄 A spoon or funnel
As your child gently squeezes their stress ball, encourage them to Breathe in... and Breathe out slowly 🌬️
A simple mindful moment that can make a big difference
