This Month at P4A. We are all about looking at ways we can support improved wellbeing and offering opportunities for the people we support to make positive changes. “May-be” make a change.

Week 2 has all about moving more and exercise. 🏋💪

Week 3 is all about nutrition, fluids and awareness of choices, we can make around meals and snacks. 🥒🌽🍉🥕

Week 4 is all about sleep and the benefits of a good night routine. 😴🛏️💤

This Week 2’s Special Guest was Claire.
