Happy Saturday Everyone!! Even though it is gloomy outside 😒 However For you football fans the premier league is back and so is the WSL!!!!! Which brings me on perfectly to my post about my new football Strengthening Program!!! ⚽️⚽️.

As some of you may now i did dabble in a bit of semi-pro football after i left school and of course before and after i was playing some Sunday league footy, Ever since i was a kid i always had to have a ball nearby in case i wanted to launch it across a room at a whopping pace! I always felt so close to football I love the game so much!

When i was in secondary school my mum would take me to some Arsenal Ladies games at Borehamwood as i was more into the Women’s Super League at the time and i wanted so bad to be on that pitch and be a pro! Now look at them i can’t believe it playing regularly at the Emirates and Wembley!!

Moving on now however as i do natter on, i did get my chance at semi-pro level at Northampton Town FC. I was a part of the academy girls team we played FUTSAL and went to St George’s Park and met some lionesses and Karen Carney! The experiences i had there at 16 were incredible but unfortunately it wasn’t for me it was very competitive and a toxic environment to be honest football can be cruel like they say, however that isn’t the case for everyone so!!

Busy Friday, set up 2 new programs! The business is starting to grow and i cannot stop thinking of new ideas!

The football strengthening program means A LOT to me as it is something i have always done and had a big passion for so to train and inspire others to push more is surreal i take my programs very seriously and each one is delicately put together for best optimal training!
