Even as a personal trainer, itโs easy to focus all our energy on helping others hit their goals, but itโs just as important to recognise and celebrate our own wins too.
Last weekend, I ran the Shakespeare Half Marathon with a friend, and honestly, just getting to the start line felt like an achievement in itself. Early mornings, consistent training, pushing through the days when motivation was low, it all added up.
Crossing that finish line reminded me exactly why we do this. The sense of accomplishment, the shared experience, and knowing the hard work paid offโฆ definitely worth it!
A little reminder: no matter your role, your goals matter too. Celebrate them. ๐

Not a complete reset. Not a 5am wake-up. Just one small upgrade.
๐ก Take the stairs instead of the lift
๐ง Drink one extra glass of water
