Even as a personal trainer, itโ€™s easy to focus all our energy on helping others hit their goals, but itโ€™s just as important to recognise and celebrate our own wins too.

Last weekend, I ran the Shakespeare Half Marathon with a friend, and honestly, just getting to the start line felt like an achievement in itself. Early mornings, consistent training, pushing through the days when motivation was low, it all added up.

Crossing that finish line reminded me exactly why we do this. The sense of accomplishment, the shared experience, and knowing the hard work paid offโ€ฆ definitely worth it!

A little reminder: no matter your role, your goals matter too. Celebrate them. ๐ŸŽ‰

I wanted to take a moment to share a little more about my journey and what has shaped me as an instructor. Helping others improve their health, confidence, and wellbeing is something Iโ€™m deeply passionate about, and that passion has pushed me to continually learn and grow.

Over the years, Iโ€™ve dedicated myself to developing the knowledge and skills needed to support people safely and effectively. Iโ€™m proud to hold the following qualifications:

**Here is our new class timetable starting from the week commencing Monday 12th January**

As you will see, there are a few changes!

Legs, Bums and Tums with Carrie on a Monday at 18:30, will now be taking place at Caroline Chisholm School. Yoga on a Thursday evening with Katie at 19:00 will also be at Caroline Chisholm School.

Boot Camp will be back on a Tuesday evening at 18:00 with Mark, taking place at Northampton High School (NN4 6UU). HIIT remains on a Wednesday evening at 18:00 with Carol, which is also at Northampton High School.
