Looking to get fit, learn self-defence, or begin your martial arts journey? Chikara Kempo Kai could be just what you're looking for.

We’re a friendly, family-oriented karate group training every Friday evening from 6:30–8:30 at Southfields Community Centre. We welcome all ages and abilities—whether you're a complete beginner or have previous experience.

For younger children, we kindly ask that a parent or guardian trains alongside them until they feel confident to participate independently.

Your first two sessions are completely free, with no obligation to join—so you can give it a try and see if it’s right for you.
